I took a healthcare solution from idea to acquisition by a global Fortune 10 organization—an experience that taught me what it truly takes to turn a concept into a scalable, successful product. That journey was shaped by my lived experience as both a complex patient and a caregiver, which gave me a deep understanding of the gaps in our system and the urgency to solve them.I’ve always believed that meaningful innovation happens through real conversations with patients, caregivers, and providers. Co-creation isn’t a process to me—it’s the foundation of every solution I build.
After scaling my solution and navigating its acquisition, I realized my passion extends beyond a single product. Today, I work with healthcare founders, startups, and organizations to help them bring their ideas to life with clarity, strategy, and purpose. I draw on both real-world experience and commercial discipline to support solutions that improve care, access, equity, and inclusion.
This chapter of my career is about helping others build what’s next in healthcare—and ensuring patient voices are part of every step.

I've been building digital products for over 20 years using best in class technologies in a variety of industries including healthcare, telecommunications and influencer marketing. I've been fortunate to work with pre-funded startups, funded startups, established businesses and large international corporations. What this means is that sometimes I’ve taken an idea on a post-it note and made it into a digital solution. I've run multiple successful development teams developing market leading products. My passion is solving complex problems with products and solutions that leave a lasting impact on those who use them.

Senior Consultant & Project Lead
System-level strategist bridging evidence, equity, and implementation to deliver measurable impact.
Dr. Abdelhalim is a physician, health system strategist, and evaluator with over 15 years of experience leading large-scale strategic planning, integrated care design, and performance measurement across Ontario's health system. Her work includes a substantial body of HIV-focused research, with multiple peer-reviewed publications, reports, and conference presentations addressing HIV prevention, care, health equity, and system-level responses to HIV in Ontario and nationally.
She brings deep expertise in strategic planning and governance, equity-centred engagement, evaluation and performance frameworks, and translating provincial policy into actionable, community-rooted strategies. Her HIV-related scholarship and applied work span community-based HIV initiatives, health system integration, and evaluation of complex, multi-sector interventions, including projects funded by OHTN, CIHR, and other public funders.
Dr. Abdelhalim will serve as Senior Consultant and single point of accountability, providing overall project leadership, senior-level facilitation, methodological coherence, and quality assurance across all phases of the work.

Abhi Regmi is a senior strategy and transformation consultant with over 15 years of experience supporting complex organizations to move from strategic intent to practical execution. Her expertise spans business enablement, operating model design, change management, implementation planning, and performance alignment across multi-stakeholder environments.
Abhi brings a strong track record of working at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people, ensuring that ambitious plans are grounded in organizational reality and supported by the structures, capabilities, and change approaches required for successful implementation. She has led large-scale transformation initiatives involving governance redesign, cross-sector coordination, and the translation of strategic priorities into sequenced roadmaps with clear ownership and accountability.
Within this engagement, Abhi will serve as a Senior Consultant focused on implementation feasibility and business enablement. She will support the development of the implementation roadmap, clarify roles and responsibilities, assess change impacts, and ensure the Strategic Plan is realistic, actionable, and ready to be operationalized by OHTN and its partners.
